Case 03 / Accor Hotels 2024–25 · Social-first · 8 hospitality brands

Accor Hotels

Pullman · Swissôtel · Mövenpick · Novotel · Mercure · Ibis

Eight hospitality brands under one group — eight voices, eight aesthetics, eight content calendars. The job is to keep them separate without ever letting one bleed into the next.

As a Creative Designer at Boomerang — Publicis Groupe's in-house creative agency in London — I produced or co-produced 75+ live social executions across Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis between December 2024 and June 2025.

What I did

Social-first production, eight brands in parallel.

Instagram Reels, Stories, feed posts and mixed carousels — each adapted to the voice of its brand. Named series include Nomadic Celebrations: Chinese New Year (Pullman), Spring Reset and Refining Craftsmanship (Swissôtel), Top Mövenpick Hotels, City Break in Paris and Wellness Stay (Novotel), Mentally We're Here and Mercure Istanbul (Mercure), Rio Carnival and Fashion Week (Ibis).

Art direction across the Accor library.

Behind the production work, the daily job also means curating a brand library of millions of hospitality images — by hotel, by destination, by season. Deciding which Pullman shot carries the brand and which doesn't; which Ibis Red frame earns the swipe and which just adds noise.

Hotel-by-hotel attention.

Within Pullman alone, work spanned Budapest, Shanghai Skyway, Beijing South, Sanya Yalong Bay, Zagreb, Taizhou Xianju and Tokyo Tamachi. Within Ibis Red / Styles / Budget, Rio Carnival Stories (four published cards), Fashion Week and the Citadella Park video. Volume at this scale is not a feature — it's the test.

Takeaway

Eight brands means eight consistencies, not one. The craft is in holding each one pure while sharing the same hands.
