Case 02 / Marriott Bonvoy 2026 · Cross-platform · Currently in production

Marriott Bonvoy

Dubai · Milan · Vienna · EU + Middle East destinations

A global hospitality campaign isn't 10 pieces for 10 destinations. It's thousands of files, versions and format variants — and someone has to make sure the right one lands in the right market, in the right spec, on time.

As a Creative Designer at Boomerang — Publicis Groupe's in-house creative agency in London — I supported the Marriott Bonvoy cross-platform campaign on file localization and asset preparation across twenty European and Middle Eastern destinations, between August and October 2026.

What I did

File localization across markets.

Taking master assets built for the global campaign and preparing the market-specific versions — swapping destination lockups, copy and end-cards; renaming and routing files so each market team receives exactly what they need, named exactly as their trafficking system expects it.

Cross-platform spec prep.

Executions across Meta static and video, Pinterest static and carousel, YouTube Shorts and Google Demand Gen — exported at each platform's current specs. The design was already made; the job was making sure nothing broke in the handoff.

Destinations touched directly.

Dubai, Milan and Vienna with documented hands-on work — carousel updates, end-card replacements, destination-specific adaptations. The wider pool covered Edinburgh, Prague, Hamburg, London, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Istanbul, Cairo, Paris, Madrid, Jeddah, Makkah, Geneva, Munich, Rome and Ras Al Khaimah.

~60% of hands-on production is social-first, complemented by substantial presentation design and high-volume digital production. Not a static designer — a hybrid one.

Takeaway

At brand-library scale, the designer is also the editor. Choosing what not to publish is as creative as choosing what to make.

Live assets will be added as the campaign publishes through Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
